UltraLevel Privacy Policy

UltraLevel is a native macOS app published by NerdSnipe Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) that connects to a GoHighLevel (“GHL”) location you control. This Privacy Policy explains how UltraLevel handles information when you use the app.

UltraLevel has no backend server of its own. It talks directly from your Mac to GoHighLevel's API using a Private Integration Token you provide. We do not operate any server that receives, stores, or has visibility into your GHL data.

Through the Private Integration Token you connect, UltraLevel accesses data belonging to your connected GHL location, including:

• Contacts and their details (name, email, phone, address)
• Opportunities / deals and pipeline stage
• Conversations (SMS, email, internal notes)
• Calendar and appointment data
• Tasks and notes

This data belongs to your GHL account and the end-clients your agency manages there — GHL remains the source of truth. UltraLevel is a client application, not a data processor acting on our behalf.

To keep the app responsive and tolerant of a spotty connection, UltraLevel maintains a disk-persisted, read-only cache of your last-known-good contacts, deals, and conversations on your Mac. This cache:

• Is stored locally on your device, inside the app's sandboxed container
• Is never transmitted to NerdSnipe Inc. or any third party
• Is cleared automatically when you sign out
• Is a read cache only — UltraLevel does not queue offline writes or create local-only records that later sync back to GHL

Relies on your Mac's standard sandbox and FileVault protections; UltraLevel does not apply additional application-level encryption to this cache.

Your Private Integration Token and Location ID are stored in the macOS Keychain, not in the app's local cache or any plain-text file. UltraLevel uses this token to authenticate requests directly to GoHighLevel's API on your behalf — it is never sent to NerdSnipe Inc.

Signing out clears the session and the local read-cache described above. Revoking or rotating your Private Integration Token from your GHL account settings immediately cuts off UltraLevel's access, independent of anything on your Mac.

UltraLevel's subscription is managed entirely through Apple's App Store / StoreKit 2. We never receive your payment information — subscription validation happens through StoreKit only.

UltraLevel does not include first-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, and does not track you across other apps or websites.

Because UltraLevel has no backend server, we hold no copy of your GHL data to access, export, or delete on your behalf. Your data's source of truth remains your GHL account, governed by GoHighLevel's own privacy policy and terms.

Uninstalling UltraLevel removes the local read-cache and Keychain-stored token from your Mac.

UltraLevel connects to the GoHighLevel API operated by HighLevel Inc. Your use of GHL through UltraLevel is subject to GoHighLevel's own privacy policy and terms of service, separate from this policy. UltraLevel is an independent, third-party client and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HighLevel Inc.

UltraLevel is a business tool for GoHighLevel agency staff and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of UltraLevel after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
