UltraLevel currently connects via a Private Integration Token (PIT) and Location ID, which you generate from your GHL agency account settings and paste into the app. This is a deliberate, temporary phasing decision — a full OAuth marketplace install flow is planned for a later release ahead of broader multi-agency distribution.
In GoHighLevel, go to your Location Settings → Private Integrations, and create a new integration with the scopes UltraLevel needs (contacts, opportunities, conversations, calendars). Copy the generated token and your Location ID into UltraLevel's connection screen.
UltraLevel keeps a local read-cache of your last-known-good data for offline tolerance, but GHL's API remains the live source of truth. Pull to refresh or reopen the relevant view to fetch the latest data. If it's still stale after a manual refresh, check your Mac's network connection — the app will show cached data rather than an error when offline.
UltraLevel writes directly to your GHL location through the API — there's no separate database on our end that could cause a mismatch. If something you created in UltraLevel isn't appearing in GHL, first refresh both views; if it's still missing, it likely didn't save due to a network error. Contact us with the details below and we'll help track it down.
Yes — each team member connects their own copy of UltraLevel using the same or their own Private Integration Token for the shared location. UltraLevel's subscription is per-agency, not per-seat.
Rotating or revoking a token in GHL immediately cuts off UltraLevel's access, by design. Sign out of UltraLevel and reconnect with the new token and Location ID from Settings.
No — UltraLevel is a companion for contacts, deals, and conversations, not a clone of GHL's automation editor. You can enroll or remove a contact from an existing workflow as a contact action, but building or editing workflow logic isn't in scope (and isn't exposed by GHL's API for third-party apps either).
UltraLevel's subscription is handled entirely through Apple's App Store / StoreKit and is tied to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel it from System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your Mac.
